Located in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings, there are plenty of amenities such as private onsen and a well-maintained public onsen. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The meals were not exceptional and could have been better quality for the price. the location is a bit remote and taxis can be expensive.

We chose the hotel for its location. It's about an hour away from Chitose airport by car, making it an easy ride. there's a beautiful lake area nearby, perfect for a romantic walk with your loved one. the hotel rooms are spacious with beautiful views, perfect for relaxation after a long journey.

The public hot-springs were not cleaned regularly, which was a bit of a letdown.

This place is amazing! The service is exceptional, from the moment you arrive until the time you check out. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with luxurious amenities like a hot spring-fed bathtub and a mini-bar. The hotel is also conveniently located, with shops and commercial services nearby. And the welcome drink is a nice touch that adds a special touch to your arrival.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

We particularly enjoyed the local vegetables and seafood, which were expertly prepared.

The hotel's optional tourist survey was a bit tedious, requiring guests to estimate their spending during their stay. However, the survey did come with a cute Ainu notebook as a reward.

Exceptional service, relaxing check-in process, gorgeous suites with hot spring-fed bathtubs, complimentary pours of wine and amazake, comprehensive and high-quality breakfast.
